Задолженность за электроэнергию «ТНС энерго Нижний Новгород»
/ Задолженность за электроэнергию
Согласно законодательству и условиям договора энергоснабжения, заключённого между ПАО «ТНС энерго НН» и частным клиентом, клиент обязан оплачивать потреблённую электроэнергию до 10-го числа месяца, следующего за расчётным. Именно это число месяца является определяющим для начисления пеней в случае просрочки платежа. Однако «ТНС энерго Нижний Новгород» принимает платежи до 20-го числа, учитывая их в расчётах при формировании квитанции за следующий месяц.
Например, в начале июля Вам пришла квитанция за июнь, если Вы оплачиваете её позже 20-го июля, то в августе Вам придёт квитанция за июль с указанной в ней задолженностью. Перерасчёт с учётом поступившего от Вас платежа будет сделан в квитанции за август.
Что будет, если не платить за электроэнергию?
- Пени за просрочку платежа
Если Вы не оплачиваете счёт за электроэнергию больше месяца, то начинают начисляться пени. Для физических лиц с 31-го дня просрочки платежа размер пени составляет 1/300 ставки рефинансирования ЦБ РФ, а с 91-го дня — 1/130 ставки рефинансирования ЦБ РФ.
- Иск в суд за просрочку платежа
- Ограничение в электроснабжении за долг выше стоимости 2 месячных нормативов потребления
- Затраты на возмещение судебных издержек и расходы на приостановление и возобновление электроснабжения
- Запрет на выезд за границу и на регистрацию транспорта
- Отказ в кредите из-за испорченной кредитной истории
- Приостанавление выплаты денежной компенсации на оплату коммунальных услуг
- Удержание долга из зарплаты и пенсии
- Арест имущества и денежных сбережений

Показания приборов учета не должны быть менее ранее переданных!
1. Передача показаний менее предыдущих приравнивается к отсутствию показаний.
2. Показания должны вводиться с точностью до двух знаков после разделителя (разделитель — точка).
3. После ввода показаний по всем приборам учета, нажмите кнопку «Передать показания» (в противном случае введенные показания будут утеряны).
В случае если показания не будут переданы к указанному сроку, а также в случае непредоставления показаний индивидуальных приборов учёта, размер платы за коммунальные услуги по горячему и холодному водоснабжению до 3 расчётных периодов подряд будет определяться на основании среднемесячного потребления, а в дальнейшем – на основании установленных нормативов потребления коммунальных услуг.
